Biography

Mei has recently completed a successful run in the premiere of UNTITLED F*CK M*SS S**GON PLAY at the Young Vic Theatre. She is set to reprise the lead role in the stage adaptation of MY NEIGHBOUR TOTORO at the Barbican. Her outstanding performance has already earned her an Olivier Award nomination.

Mei’s on screen work includes the role of ‘Ling’, the lead in Comedy Central’s series EAST MODE. She was also the guest lead in the Christmas Special of CALL THE MIDWIFE for the BBC.

Her voice work includes the video game SIFU, and the upcoming podcast series UP IN SMOKE. Fluent in Cantonese, Mei also boasts an impressive range of accents in her repertoire. She is undoubtedly a rising star in the entertainment industry.
