Recently seen leading the Fremantle thriller Riptide, JO JOYNER's recent credits include Ackley Bridge for Channel 4 as series regular Mandy, as well as series regular, Erin, in Netflix’s Stay Close. Following her breakthrough role in the comedy drama, No Angels, Jo has gone on to star in widely popular shows such as Doctor Who, Eastenders, Ordinary Lies and Shakespeare & Hathaway for the BBC.

No stranger to comedy, her multirole character performance in sketch show, Swinging, won Jo the renowned Rose d’Or Award for Best Female Comedy Performer.

A brilliant choice for commercial and narrative scripts, Jo gives a bright and soft read with a blend of London and RP in her voice that’s naturally relatable.
